Simon Sinek, Creator of the “Why Discovery Course”
Simon Sinek is a bestselling author and leadership expert honored with having the 3rd most watched video on TED.com. He’s written 2 bestselling books on leadership and credited for spearheading the concept of “The Golden Circle” – a philosophy based on natural patterns derived in biology that inspires people to act.
But aside from his numerous accolades and successes, Simon Sinek is a visionary. With a passionate fascination with the world’s greatest leaders, his studies led him to discover a pattern of behavior that is shared by each and every one of them. This discovery led him to create the concept of The Golden Circle – a pattern of thinking and behavior that influences and inspires people to act – thus writing his most popular book, Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action.
I imagine a world where people wake up every day inspired to go to work and return home at the end of the day feeling fulfilled by the work they do, feeling that they have contributed to something greater than themselves.

In this second book, he teaches leaders how to create a circle of safety in the organization to reach the goal of fulfillment and happiness within the group.
